"I’d been needing a new mattress for..."
I’d been needing a new mattress for a while, but I really didn’t fancy paying for it all in one go. I came across mynextmattress.co.uk and was pleased to see they offered finance, which made the whole thing much more manageable for me. The application and ordering process was straightforward and didn’t take long. I did have to double-check a couple of details myself along the way, so I’m giving 4 stars, but overall I’m happy with how it went

"So glad I added the assembly service"
I ordered from mynextmattress.co.uk and decided to pay for the assembly service, which felt like a little win for me. The guys showed up when they said they would, had the bed together really quickly, and even took all the packaging away. They were friendly and answered a couple of questions I had too. It saved me from spending my afternoon wrestling with instructions and screws, so I’m very glad I went for it. Would definitely use them again.

"Good service and updates from the courier"
I ordered from mynextmattress.co.uk and the best part for me was the courier updates. I got a text the day before and then another one in the morning with a rough time slot.
The delivery did turn up a bit later than they first said but they let me know what was happening so fair enough really

"Good experience overall, even with a return"
I ended up returning the mattress because it was a little too firm for me, my back is picky, so I knew after a few nights it wasn’t the right fit. The return process was mostly straightforward, although I did have to follow up once to get an update. Customer service did get back to me and sorted everything out in the end, and the refund came through without any issues. I’d use them again, but it wasn’t quite a perfect experience.

I ordered my mattress and, the tracking updates were accurate the whole way through. I could see when it had left and when it was due to arrive, so there was no guessing or waiting around. The delivery showed up right when it said it would too. Really happy with it...

"Firmness advice was spot on"
I used the firmness guide on mynextmattress.co.uk. I always get mixed up with medium and firm mattresses. The guide said medium firm would probably suit me best.
I’ve slept on it for about a week now. I’d say the advice was close. It feels supportive, but it’s not hard as a rock. That’s exactly what I was hoping for.
I’m giving 4 stars because I wish it explained edge support a bit more. That part still felt a little unclear. But for firmness, it was accurate enough.

"Price match was easy, no hassle"
Used the price match before placing my order and it was simple. Sent them the cheaper link, they had a look, and came back fairly quickly with the matched price.
No awkward forms or back and forth, just dealt with it properly. Saved a little money and the order went through without any issues after that. Would use them again.

"Stock info felt reliable"
I was a bit nervous about ordering because stock info online isn’t always trustworthy, but the website said the mattress was in stock and it actually was. The delivery date lined up too, which was a relief. It did take one day longer than I was hoping for, but I wasn’t too upset since everything else was accurate and I felt like I could trust the process.

"Old mattress taken away without any hassle"
I booked the old mattress removal when ordering my new one and, to be fair, it was all straightforward. The new mattress arrived and the delivery guys took the old one away at the same time, which saved me a lot of hassle. They were polite and got on with it, although they did turn up a bit later than I was expecting. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I do think some kind of small gesture or compensation would be fair when the timing slips. Overall though, I’d probably use the service again

I had a couple of questions before placing my order and the team got back to me really quickly. They explained the delivery details clearly, didn’t rush me, and just made the whole thing feel easy. it was nice dealing with people who actually seemed happy to help. The mattress turned up exactly when they said it would too, so I’d definitely use mynextmattress.co.uk again

I was after a decent mattress without spending a fortune and came across My Next Mattress. The price was "better than most" other places I’d looked at, and the delivery went smoothly too. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and, i can’t really fault it. It’s comfy, feels good quality for what I paid, and I’d happily use them again if I needed another one.

"Size was pretty much spot on"
I ordered a mattress from mynextmattress.co.uk and was a little nervous about the size because my bed frame doesn’t leave much room at all. I measured everything before ordering, probably overthinking it a bit, and thankfully the mattress was very close to the listed dimensions.
It fit well in the end, maybe slightly snug at first, but nothing worth stressing over. Delivery was fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do think making the measurements harder to spot on the page is unnecessary, but overall I’m happy with the mattress

"I was surprised by how many mattresses..."
I was surprised by how many mattresses My Next Mattress had, probably hundreds by the look of it. I wasn’t really sure if I wanted medium, firm, memory foam or whatever, so being able to compare a bunch of brands, sizes and firmness options in one place was really useful. Saved me from opening about 10 different websites. I found one that fit my budget in maybe 15 or 20 minutes, and the site was simple to use. I’d happily use them again.

"Good mix of mattress brands"
They had a good selection of mattress brands, maybe around 8–10 that I recognized, and it was easy to compare the main options side by side. I ended up liking a medium-firm hybrid the most since it felt supportive without being too hard. Overall, it made the whole shopping process a lot simpler.

Ordered a mattress from mynextmattress.co.uk. Straightforward. Picked the one I wanted, went to checkout, paid. No weird extra steps, no endless pages asking for stuff I didn’t need.
It was all clear enough. Took a few minutes, maybe less. Just nice, really. A website that lets you buy what you came for without turning it into a whole task.
